Job Overview

Starting date: As soon as possible
Salary : Starting between 14,00$/hour and 14,75$/hour
Shift : Day, evening and weekend depending on the type of work schedule and/or availability (details below).
Status : Permanent

Schedule :
  • Full-time (35.00 to 40.00 hours/week);
  • Part-time (20.00 to 34.00 hours/week);
  • On call (8.00 to 19.00 hours/week).

Bilingual students: Evening and end-of-week shifts available. We also welcome bilingual retirees who would like to return to the job market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders, complete online sales and manage overall customer satisfaction by phone, email or chat;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of available products and policies (promotions, delivery options, product sales, etc.);
  • Participate in weekly meetings aimed at the global environment of the e-commerce team and validate and support the online sales/returns order cycle and associated payments/refunds on an ad hoc basis;
  • Identify the specific needs of the client and propose products or alternatives from time to time;
  • Achieve the set goals of the customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

  • Advanced English skills or Bilingual (French and English);
  • Strong Communication skills (written and oral);
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing, Web, etc.);
  • Experience in customer service and/or a college diploma (or equivalent);
  • Ability to be patient and positive;
  • Ability to show empathy while also being dynamic;
  • Sense of persuasion;
  • Demonstrates autonomy;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Retail experience (an asset);
  • Experience in a call centre (an asset).
