Responsibilities:

  • Receiving calls from existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Offer unparalleled service in order to meet and satisfy the needs of customers
  • Perform other related duties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Completed secondary school diploma
  • Experience in customer service (an asset)
  • Have basic computer skills

Working Condition:

  • Full-time position
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Saturday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm
  • Remuneration = Salary + bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits plan after the probationary period
  • Compulsory training (paid)
