Customer Service Representatives
CITY: Laval QC, CANADA
Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Offer unparalleled service in order to meet and satisfy the needs of customers
- Perform other related duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed secondary school diploma
- Experience in customer service (an asset)
- Have basic computer skills
Working Condition:
- Full-time position
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Saturday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm
- Remuneration = Salary + bonuses
