Salary : To be discussed
Shift : Day, evening, night and weekend - our client is of British origin and the served territory is the United Kingdom. You must be available to work according to the opening hours of the client’s time zone (GMT+1).
Status : Permanent

Schedule :
  • Full-time (35.00 to 40.00 hours/week);
  • Part-time (20.00 to 34.00 hours/week);

Experience with the habits and customs but also the terms of usage (vocabulary, expression, etc.) of the British market is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, by chat, the request completed by the customer;
  • Ensure that the information is complete to properly attribute the errands;
  • Contact the partner / service provider via the app, or by phone occasionally;
  • Confirm the request to the customer by chat, or by phone occasionally;
  • Process the termination requests over the phone;
  • Ensure the transfer of personalized and/or unsubscribe requests to the client.

Required qualifications:

  • Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or equivalent;
  • Advanced English skills or Bilingual (French and English);
  • Strong Communication skills (written and oral);
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Typing, Web, etc.);
  • Ability to be patient and positive;
  • Ability to show empathy while also being dynamic;
  • Sense of persuasion;
  • Demonstrates autonomy;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Experience with the British market (essential)
  • Experience in customer service (an asset);
  • Experience in a call centre (an asset).
